Pros

Work from home, fast pace, great work life balance, great team members.

Cons

Churn and burned. No longer term opportunities, do not value associates, got rid of me after 3 months even though I improved each month. They have training classes every month because people are either leaving or being let go. Unrealistic sales quotas. This is not a good look for the company and a poor way to run an organization. Retention of employees says a lot about the organization. People will work harder and more effectively when they feel they have job security. If you just need a quick check while you look for a real caeer, this is an ok pit stop. Most people say they feel it was a scam because the leads they were given were not quality. They found it to be a waste of money. This place has all the potential in the world to be a great place to work but it just wasn't. The pay is low for the amount of skill, work and systems that have to be used. I have worked places where I have gotten paid way more and had to do way less. The commission structure is good but the quotas are simply not realistic for most and they should know this, seeing as though they have to have new classes each month. Church and burned is never a good look for a quality organization. With some restructuring, this could be an awsome place to work. I would have liked for this to have been something long term but I knew from the beginning, the structure was fishy.

Pros

The role allowed me to help families during important and emotional decisions.

Cons

It was difficult to stay motivated when the pressure kept increasing especially when balancing compassion for families with demanding targets.
