      Pros

      The mission gives me a great sense of purpose. I enjoy having goals to meet but also having a purpose of helping families. I enjoy my team and manager.

      Cons

      I would think compensation and WFM- more ability to use PTO when needed. For instance - if you have PTO and need to make a last minute dr appointment it affects adherence negatively unless scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
