      You can feel a sense of humanity in thinking that you are helping families. However, dig deeper and you will learn its gaslighting and taking advantage of people in desperate situations.

      Cons

      Lots of gaslighting by management. Impossible metrics that are getting more intense month over month. This organization does not care about employees or the families they trick into scam pitch for senior living options.

      The really are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      High pressure sales for a product that most leads cannot afford. Regular pay cuts; this was once a six figure role, now it's $45 - $50k a year max. Don't come here if you care about old people. Doing this job "correctly" entails putting many of these people in a worse off financial situation than what they are currently in.
