The concept is good but declining.

This company is poorly executed from the top- down. Micro-Management is an under statement. No sick leave, morale is down. Upper management does whatever they want and is very demeaning. Pay has been cut and that was the only perk. Don’t waste your time here. You will be disappointed and discouraged that a company can decline this rapidly. HR is no help at all. It’s very sad how toxic this environment is.
