Pros

Work from Home Amazing families Incredible teammates Good benefits

Cons

60 hours is never enough - and you can only clock in for 40. Quotas and back-outs are ridiculous No management support - they will throw you right under the bus No opportunities for growth

Thank you for your feedback. Working the amount of hours you referenced is definitely out of the ordinary. In those instances where employees need to work overtime, they are required to tell their manager and record it so they can be paid. Recording accurate time cards, including any overtime an employee works, is extremely important to us as employees are entitled to pay for any hours they work. We take our obligation to comply with applicable federal and state wage and hour reporting laws very seriously. We’re also happy to connect with you on your individual situation to learn more about why you felt the quotas were unfair and that you had no support from management. If you expressed concerns to your manager and the concerns were not addressed, please reach out to HR@aplaceformom.com.

The role allowed me to help families during important and emotional decisions.

Cons

It was difficult to stay motivated when the pressure kept increasing especially when balancing compassion for families with demanding targets.
