We do also provide other ways for our employees to connect with leadership if they concerns. Here are a few options we encourage all employees to utilize: Schedule a skip level discussion with your manager’s manager, ask a question at our monthly “corporate update”, share your concern with HR@aplaceformom.com; or send a note to the CEO. Taking any of these actions can help clarify questions you may have about your role or focus of the company. We truly encourage our employees to take ownership if they have concerns or questions.

As the company undergoes changes to personnel and structure, the core of the business, to help families, will never change.
