      They pay ridiculously high salaries at the executive level Half the company are good people The Data Services and Reporting Teams are extremely intelligent

      Cons

      The C-Level people are con artists, frankly I'm not sure how they got to that level The Software environment is in shambles, the devs are afraid to touch the code The ex-CMO was responsible for most of the growth so the leaders are a bit clueless on how to run the company now The CEO lies with the dexterity of a paratrooper
