Exercise Caution - SLA A Place for Mom Employee Review

Thank you for the comments and for the time you spent at A Place for Mom as an Advisor, helping families find senior living. We appreciate that you have taken the time to share your feelings with us. There have been some changes to the organization, but we firmly believe these changes will help us better achieve our primary goal of helping families in a time of need. We believe this mission to be paramount, and the company will no doubt continue to change to meet the growing number of families who need our help. Working the amount of hours you referenced is definitely out of the ordinary. In those instances where employees need to work more than 40 hours in one week, they need to tell their manager and record the time so they can be paid appropriately for those hours. We take this obligation seriously. We always encourage each and every employee to talk with their manager or HR to discuss any issues that arise with workload or professional goals.
