Senior Living Advisor - Senior Living Advisor A Place for Mom Employee Review

I think that the base should be raised the cost of living in California is so high that its hard to make a living even on a 6 figure income when your single with kids. I want to work more hours and I wish they would not limit my hours. I have goals that I need to achieve and I really have a hard time doing it if I am only working 45 hours a week. Also I think if you make quota all the time metrics should not matter. But I always do my best to please my manager. I also think the benefits could be better. All together I love working for this company and I feel lucky to be a part of it.
