Pros

There are some truly amazing people working at A Place for Mom. The business is growing and making money (not that you'd know it from the salaries).

Cons

Very few--if any--of the amazing people have made it into middle or upper management. Those levels are primarily filled with heartless thugs with very little foresight. They treats employees like dirt, then fire them for being stressed. Three hard-working and well-liked people have been fired in a matter of days. This is NOT a place worth working. It will wring every last useful molecule out of your body and soul and then discard the wasted husk.

Pros

The mission is good. The product is good,

Cons

There isn't enough customer support to see how good the products are. The board runs the show, but they are surrounded by yes men, that make bad decisions
