Thank you for being a part of the APFM team and for all the hard work you do helping families find the best senior living options. We appreciate your taking the time to leave a review. We are always working to make our Company better and your input will help us do that. We base our quota goals on an average 40 hour week, but rely on our advisors to properly record overtime hours, which we always pay. We take that obligation seriously. Eligible employees are encouraged to use their PTO with manager approval. In fact, unlike most sales roles, our compensation plan awards points during PTO. You should address your specific concerns with your manager or email HR (hr@aplaceformom.com) so we can address your concerns one-on-one. If you prefer, we have a 24/7 anonymous hotline that is hosted by a third party that is available to all employees to report any concerns. The hotline can be found on the HR site and in the Employee Handbook. Thank you again for your feedback and all you do to help families!
