We base our quota goals on an average 40 hour week, but rely on our advisors to properly record overtime hours, which we always pay. We take that obligation seriously. Eligible employees are encouraged to use their PTO with manager approval. In fact, unlike most sales roles, our compensation plan awards points during PTO. You should address your specific concerns with your manager or email HR (hr@aplaceformom.com) so we can address your concerns one-on-one. If you prefer, we have a 24/7 anonymous hotline that is hosted by a third party that is available to all employees to report any concerns.
