With our new CEO on board, the organization is experiencing significant growth and change. We are working hard to encourage collaboration and teamwork across the company. We have also implemented several new tools to ensure that we are effectively communicating to all team members including quarterly company-wide town halls and weekly in-person updates in the Seattle office.
