Pros
If you're in the Seattle office especially, there are really not many "Pros" left to talk about. The original mission of the company was great, but it's been completely diluted by the current leadership.
Cons
First of all, the company desperately needed a new CEO. The old CEO had the company way behind across the business. The new CEO, who lives in NYC, came right in with an enormous amount of "Im the boss, Im great, NYC is great, Seattle is horrible" attitude. He had very little interest in getting to know anyone in the Seattle "Corp HQ" office at all. They got rid of most leadership with any understanding of the business or customers. They hired a group of amazingly ineffective executives...ALL of them are hopelessly unaware of how bad they are at their jobs. The blame game and follow the next shiny object are on full display as they try, unsuccessfully, to build the business. Everything they've attempted to do has been a total mess. Their large egos and tone-deaf arrogance are exceeded only by their incompetence and utter lack of ability. They basically came in and straight up lied to everyone in the Seattle office. They've done all they can to force people to leave on their own, or down right just got rid of people for no apparent reason. It's likely that they think they can build up the business to a certain point, and perhaps the ownership group will try and sell the business. The owners, who everyone touted as business geniuses when they visited the office, are either not very good at hiring CEOs, or they knew exactly what they were doing and simply did not care. The business though, appears to be speeding downhill at a rapid pace. If you're looking to join this company, in any city or in any capacity, I would suggest that you run away as fast as possible. Same suggestion for any potential buyers out there. They might even respond to this review with a generic "Sorry you're having a poor experience. Things are always bumpy with new leadership" etc, but they can't refute any of what I've just written.
