Micromanaged to death. Additionally, there are a lot of politics in this company and they favor certain people over others. The quality of work from an employee is never considered but rather the relationship that said employee has with management. When having a 1:1 with a manager, it is difficult to discern where the priorities lie. It seems as if one of the manager's in what once was west Florida, has a personal vendetta against people who have views that are different than her own. Also, she does not like to be called out on her own bad behavior. In this type of atmosphere, there is little morale and a deep sense of mistrust and division. It was a very difficult place to work and I see now that they are probably going under. Good riddance.
