Pros

working from a home office

Cons

the managment is now just micro management to the point of bullying . They will tell you that you cannot leave the office until you have reached certain goals for that day. I have been working for APFM for over 5 years now. The changes that have been taking place over the last year are not for the better. It is now a company that the metrics are more where they are focusing on. Because of the holiday last month . They started December off with telling us that we are "slacking" and have us send them our work schedule each day . the time we are spending taking incoming calls and the follow up time. They will send you an email if you have put your calls on hold to leave your office for a bathroom break. Emails from Manger's all day long with threats of losing your job. But they are really not being realistic they want to be able to move folks into communities during a time that families are scared to do so. COVID has never been talked about in the company .

Pros

The mission is good. The product is good,

Cons

There isn't enough customer support to see how good the products are. The board runs the show, but they are surrounded by yes men, that make bad decisions
