Larry and his management team are destroying this company. It’s so sad to see. Been here 4 years and loved it from the first day. In a matter of a year and CEO change, it’s awful. They no nothing about senior living, don’t give a crap about any of the employees. And call us a “bunch of whiners” for speaking out. Pay cuts, no time off, billing, micromanaging. The stress they are putting their employees under is unbelievable.
