Pros

not sure there are any... get to work at home is good. Love the idea of a place for mom.

Cons

metric requirements are unrealistic * make us fight for hours but keep hiring more people *you blink and they have changed something, *they do not show you your QA sheets they just tell you what score you got so you have nothing to base your metrics on except their little spreadsheet, *they constantly harangue you for the smallest little things *they do not allow scheduling by seniority or achievement but first come first serve and they make it so that you have no choice but to work all weekend if you want more than 12-14 hours a week *they have streamlined the scripting so much that there is little time for empathy or rapport but they expect to build it in about 4 sentences *their systems are finicky and buggy and they do not pay your for tech issues related to their own systems *the list goes on

Thank you for your feedback. We are running an organization that benefits families by helping them find senior communities that are a good fit. This focus requires a unique combination of sales and people skills. We have concerns with a lot of the things you are saying and encourage you to reach out to HR or your manager to discuss.

Pros

The company was great a couple years ago. Great pay, training and trust.

Cons

Now the company is a nightmare. Micromanagement is an understatement. There is no trust between the employee and management. New director has brought morale to a halt. Sales are down and customers aren’t happy either.

Pros

Coworkers are often supportive and willing to share advice, especially when handling difficult family situations.

Cons

The emotional aspect of the job is significant. You're often speaking with people who are overwhelmed, grieving, or dealing with a medical crisis involving a loved one.
