Pros

- The company has a great mission which attracts heart felt, passion driven individuals that you get to work alongside as well as your community customers, who overall are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

- It's my way, or the highway mentality with Senior Leadership. Don't even think about questioning a business decision, they don't want to hear it. - Pay is far below market value. They pay the same across the country no matter the city you live in. So if you live in San Francisco or Tulsa, you'll make the same even though the cost of living varies greatly. - They give no clarity in how your monthly goals are calculated which leads to many team members questioning the legitimacy of the analytics department, often feeling like you're being misled as you have no clear sense of how things are calculated. - They provide 3 weeks PTO which is great but you're still required to hit daily/weekly metrics while on PTO. Direct quote from leadership, "The business doesn't stop when you're on vacation." Personally, I think it would make more sense to offer unlimited PTO with the expectation of ensuring your metrics are hit but I digress. - There is little explanation or no rationale behind why business decisions are being made that can affect your paycheck. ***Too many issues to list here*** - Don't question leadership, they don't like that. You'll quickly find yourself outside the "circle of trust" if you do. They like people to just do what they're told and not question anything. - They built the program very quickly and made promises to external investors on projected revenue growth. They are now realizing the CS program might not have been rolled out the way it should have been which is resulting in employee turnover which is said since there are a lot of great people here.

Pros

The company was great a couple years ago. Great pay, training and trust.

Cons

Now the company is a nightmare. Micromanagement is an understatement. There is no trust between the employee and management. New director has brought morale to a halt. Sales are down and customers aren’t happy either.
