Pros

Make your own schedule, decent benefits and time off, quality direct manager.

Cons

This place was once a pillar in the senior living industry and was not just a great service but a great place to work. But, overtime as new investors/owners have come in to play, the administration has become completely detached from its employees, they do not care about building your skills and seeing you succeed in this role, they just want numbers. Unfortunately for them, this a people business and the emotions are high but upper management does not care about what it's employees need, the unique challenges of the job, or the obstacles that have to be overcome. They simply want money above all else. Financial success should always be important but not to the detriment of your employees and it's clients

Pros

The company was great a couple years ago. Great pay, training and trust.

Cons

Now the company is a nightmare. Micromanagement is an understatement. There is no trust between the employee and management. New director has brought morale to a halt. Sales are down and customers aren’t happy either.
