Pros

Hard to find any positives… I would only consider APFM if you’re desperate and need to be employed in order to survive.

Cons

Hitting quota is impossible. For example - in November 2023 1 out of 33 regional managers hit 100%. The average RM was around 50% . The average SLA was around 40%. Managers do not earn commission unless 80% of the team hits 100%. SLAs do not earn commission until they achieve at least 50%. Extremely high turnover because of this. Hitting 50% sounds easy until you see how many people actually can do that. Old school/closed minded company - they warn you of this before you start but there’s absolutely no wiggle room; you must work holidays/nights/weekends/end of month. For being called a place for mom, they sure don’t care out their employees or their employees families. It is business first - always! Micromanagement at all levels - I was an RM & I was micromanaged to micromanage my SLA team. That type of fear leadership doesn't help anyone. I couldn’t even set clear expectations with my team because the expectations changed nearly everyday. The extreme whiplash created a toxic environment for all.

Pros

The company was great a couple years ago. Great pay, training and trust.

Cons

Now the company is a nightmare. Micromanagement is an understatement. There is no trust between the employee and management. New director has brought morale to a halt. Sales are down and customers aren’t happy either.
