Constant daily micromanagement, unrealistic/unobtainable sales goals, Managers and leadership had no previous management experience and no healthcare background to have an understanding of the senior placement industry. Extremely high turn over on all sales teams and low morale across the board. Zero work/life balance. Extremely toxic workplace from the top down. Unethical business practices observed. Run from this company. Worst healthcare sales experience in my career.
