Pros
The job is fulfilling. Heling families find what they need and the recognition from the family for your assistance and knowledge. Working from home and managing things on my own is great. The team is great for helping each other and sharing information.
Cons
The compensation plan could use some work, was a recent drop in pay with the recent change, pretty much across the board. Better options for learning about advancement opportunities and how to apply/what is expected. Better options for reps to take vacations and not take a hit on quota/commissions. For example, take vacation for 1/3 of month, you receive 1/3 less leads that month, but still have the same quota expectation. Missing quota by that same 1/3 drops your commission by over 50%. The 20% added to amount earned is still 45% less than if you didn't take vacation and had the same closing percentage. The amount of vacation offered is great, but the penalty for taking it is very expensive.
