Pros
The culture is positive and focused on its core mission and the success of its employees. Transparency of the company's vision and results. The feedback loop from the field to leadership is excellent and I love how leadership listens.
Cons
Systems and reporting is evolving to make our jobs easier and we just need to continue that. We need to figure out how to get our community partners to report our moves accurately and timely, and we need an escalation process for communities that push back on us. We also need to look at partners who are backing out our moves at a high level and if we should be referring to them.
