Pros
What I love the most is my team and my manager. We're truly a TEAM and truly want the best for one another. I also value the fact we continue to push for easier ways to do things! Implementing new systems and such illustrates the company's continual push to become a better version of itself!
Cons
Work life balance could be tuned up in my humble opinion. Also, the hardware could be stronger. I think with all the new updates and software our hardware is not performing to the level it should be. Lots of loading and having to restart things.
