Flexibility and having a true work-life balance is the thing I value most about A Place for Mom. I also have worked here for many years and have made so many great connections with different leaders and colleagues through out many areas of the company. These people are like family and APFM feels like home. APFM is always trying new things and testing out new ideas which I LOVE because it is never boring here!
Cons
More education on different roles within the organization. I email advisors often and many times the Advisors and Regional Managers have no idea was account managers do and how they can help them. We need to find a way to integrate all areas of the business so we are all up to date and informed on what each section of the business is focused on.
