High turnover rate due to new stuff always coming from the higher-up without chance to finish and focus those already on hand. Ambitious targets were set but only very few of them could be delivered on time, except on those with a heavy hand from top-down. Poor project management makes every task a top priority, so people got burnt out and left the company.
