Pros
The environment, and the climate are really good. You can mostly talk to the manager(s), and get what you need fixed if there is any problems. When you get "service times", the staff will receive some kind of treat, to tell you good job. During your first 3 months, you'll be able to get a raise at your review. And from that, you'll most likely get a raise every 6 months (unless your management, you'll get one annually). Raises are no less than $0.25. There is ALWAYS room for advancement. The food is Grade A quality. You'll know where everything comes from. Always updated from Head Office A&W about new standards, and way to cook things.
Cons
I can't really say too much of downsides. Sometimes the staff will give you grief, however, that doesn't usually happen much.
