      Still Great After 25 Years - Staff Engineer A-dec Employee Review

      Pros

      Very friendly and genuine colleagues. The environment of cooperation and caring carries through from hourly to top management. I have worked for five different managers and all but one were excellent compassionate people. Choice of flexible work hours. Family first and good life/work balance attitude.

      Cons

      As an "old school" manufacturing company the physical work environment is cubicle for staff professionals. Though there are over 1000 employees there is no hot meal service only self serve vending.

      Support for learning and development, work-life balance, all backed by a family who owns the company and wants to see it continue to thrive in the future.

      Cons

      We're a mature player in the industry that has been in a growth and innovation mode, so at times it can feel like we've got too much going on.
