      Been there 2 years and love my job more everyday. Great benefits, great schedule, opportunities to move up.

      Cons

      Not to be a Homer but I have no complaints. I have work at really crappy companies and some pretty great companies and A-dec is the place to be!

      Support for learning and development, work-life balance, all backed by a family who owns the company and wants to see it continue to thrive in the future.

      Cons

      We're a mature player in the industry that has been in a growth and innovation mode, so at times it can feel like we've got too much going on.
