      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement with great tuition reimbursement. Concern for employees a guiding principle that can be seen daily which makes for a very nice working environment.

      Cons

      Slow to move with change, for a medium size company it seems like it takes longer than it should to make a decision and move. This is not significant enough to rate the company any lower, it's been a great place to work.

      Cons

      We're a mature player in the industry that has been in a growth and innovation mode, so at times it can feel like we've got too much going on.
