Pros
Day to day coworkers are always looking to help and step in where needed even it is outside of their role. People are respectful and super friendly.
Cons
Company policies are often spoken about, but not enforced. Quality standards seem to be fluid. The overall planning by the company seems to be reactionary, and although there is a family feel and teamwork is important, this isn't necessarily equal across different shifts.
