Amazing training academy. They really put a lot into investing in the people to become the best they can be for A1. The trainers are dedicated and help you along the entire journey. There rooting for your success It’s all about the drive of each person and their why . Why are they here? What do they want from A1? A1 gives you the platform, training and encouragement to be successful

Cons

The hardest part is leaving your family but it’s all for the best. They understand the sacrifices that are made and make up the best they can. It all comes down to the individual and their commitment to their future success

love how the rest of the internet skewers the company for being shady but on may 28, 2026, there were suddenly 12 employees who felt the need to leave 5 star reviews all at once with the same comments, slightly reworded

Cons

definitely not fishy at all in the words of supposedly 12 other employees all on the same day: "this job is a dream, i love tommy mello and he loves me. no cons at all"
