      Working for a global company offers experiences, challenges and rewards of working with a true blend of cultures and individuals.

      Cons

      Not always possible management does try to accommodate a work/life balance. But the business demands don’t always make it possible.

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
