they will give you a sh*t-ton of options, but try asking anyone how many options that really amounts to? if you quit, don't bother giving two weeks notice.. they won't pay you. might as well leave when you are ready to leave. HR is a joke to work with.. they tried to collect medical benefits money for the remaining month that I was not on payroll bc they chose not to pay me 2 weeks. They have a product that pales in comparison to F5 Networks and Citrix and everything you do is trying to beat them, and usually only win bc of price.
