      Pros

      A10 is a friendly company that enables individuals to grow. Great place to learn and progress your career. Wonderful and helpful people to work with. A10, for the most part, gives you the freedom to work on any ideas you might have...just make sure you can justify and back it up with actual substance since people at A10 are more tech-focused rather than bling-focused.

      Cons

      Difficult to maintain work/life balance because of busy schedules. Salaries not truly competitive.

Yes, we all have very busy work/life requirements and the challenge to balance it all is an art vs. science.       HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
