      Thank you for your feedback. We do try to fill open positions quickly, but the highly competitive job market and the experience required to fill the position with the best available candidate does take time. We do have a great employee referral program and look forward to you helping us!

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
