      Good product, extremely supportive and friendly, good communicators and always interested to learn from peers and collaborate.

      Cons

      Not the best management, some folks have been in their roles for longer than they need to - stunts ideas and innovation depending on market trends

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      Cons

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
