Functions like a caste system. Opportunities are granted based on things other than skills, talents, and experience--more so than is typical in corporate America. Lacks direction and work focus. Likes to chase shiny new things, regardless of ability--which means that thing do not reach proper completion or good results. Poor quality all around. Management lacks integrity and respect for workers. Truth is not a virtue here. Quite the opposite. Lies are rewarded. HR is aware of the toxicity and enables it. Don't walk...run away.
