      Good place to start but you will never grow at A10

      Cons

      Just keep working Work your butt off and nobody cares and only the managers are congratulated Cutting a lot of the company perks-snacks, hard to acquire MBOs, management try to prolong and hide bonuses(your typical asia company)

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
