Pros
I learned a life lesson at A10 while I worked there. Hard work produces great results. A10 is a place where you will be challenged to work hard, and at the end you should be rewarded by learning that hard work overcomes many obstacles. I work for a different company now, and the people at the current company doesn't have the work ethic as A10, and it shows in the company performance. If you want to cruise, A10 is not a company for you. If you want to challenge yourself to learn quickly and experience hard working culture, this is the company to work for.
Cons
Too much emphasis is put on in-office presence for working. There are many smart people in the company and give them stronger voice and don't penalize them to speak out.
