      Pros

      Prestigious small firm that does a good amount of high profile projects in the Mid- South. You get a good starting salary and benefits. They have free lunches and massages the last Friday of each month. Most of the people are nice.

      Cons

      You get 2 sick days per year. If you have to miss more time, you'll be reprimanded with possible termination, and a doctor note doesn't excuse it. You will work nights & weekends (60+ hours / week). High turnover rate.

      Pros

      The people are incredible to work with and very friendly Hybrid work schedule that is ideal for travel and weekends Full-Service Firm where you will have the ability to interact with all disciplines in the design process

      Cons

      Design and processes standards are not always clearly defined Communication between disciplines can lack intentionality Work load has been intense due to growth, turnover, and inability to forcast hires The pay is going to reflect the design field
