      Pros

      Great community of engineers and designers who work together to create an enhanced quality of life. Overall its a fantastic company.

      Cons

      Its located in memphis. It's a smaller company. It's located way outside of the city. It can't get monotonous with some of the older employees there.

      Pros

      The people are incredible to work with and very friendly Hybrid work schedule that is ideal for travel and weekends Full-Service Firm where you will have the ability to interact with all disciplines in the design process

      Cons

      Design and processes standards are not always clearly defined Communication between disciplines can lack intentionality Work load has been intense due to growth, turnover, and inability to forcast hires The pay is going to reflect the design field
