Somewhat interesting product Decent benefit subsidies Company partnership could be a game changer (but is inadvertently exposing company weaknesses, so a pro & a con) Some folks are very dedicated to their jobs and trying to do their best with what they're given

Senior Leadership is only visible when there are fires to put out Company is heavily invested in off shoring with no signs of slowing The development team doesn't know the code base The product team doesn't know the product There is no technical leadership, the blind are leading the blind Several empty promises regarding bonuses, pay increases, and potential for equity purchasing packages
