If you're a software engineer (or in tech) even remotely considering working at A2Z, run, RUN far away! A2Z has been laying people off indiscriminately—individually and en masse every year that its been in business. Ignore the other 5-star reviews just created to prop up the rating of the company on Glassdoor. Clueless and indecisive toxic management, toxic leadership and toxic ownership cannot hold a thought for more than two minutes. There is never a long-term plan.
