A2Z did not leave me feeling like there were any positives.

Cons

As a former Senior Software Engineer, I found the work environment to be highly demanding, with frequent context switching and high expectations for long hours. There were discussions about bonuses, but in my experience, they were difficult to obtain. Taking time off sometimes felt discouraged due to workload pressures. Overall, the pace and structure of work felt chaotic.
