      You’re constantly micromanaged, if you’re even 1 minute late from your break you’re gonna get a message. You’re always yelled at by members. You’re not paid enough

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
