Pros
none really,Long hours,push you to 70hr if they can,NO overtime pay. The Health Insurance as of 2014 was glorified obamacare.
Cons
Was a Decent Company,that cared about its employees during the Mack Dove days. Now in the 3rd generation Reid Dove days-they will cut 10 throats to save a Dollar. An LTL trucking company that Outsources its Line haul runs to Independent owner operators. I was a 19 year employee,terminated after i exhausted 12 weeks FMLA due to any injury.
