Pros
flexible schedule, worklife balance if your making money, leads are provided, most employees are friendly, good work location and building, most middle management are relatable and helpful, health benefits are great, not a bad job if you like making only $50k a year
Cons
Upper management penalizes agents commission for things out of their control. Paid time off is not actually paid it is put against your commission. same with Holidays, they are not paid. You get the day off, the pay for it is charged against your commission. turnover is high. you either stick or you don't. agents are allowed to steal other agents business. HR does nothing when any complaints are filed. Hiring new agents with the promise of six-figures. After all the penalites and excuses, you won't make $100k. no room for advancement unless you play the in-crowd and politics.
