Pros
Compensation package is good, knowledgeable coworkers, and flexible schedule.
Cons
Middle management fosters a culture of back biting and negativity. They discuss employee performance with their employees' peers and they criticize performance without fully understanding the situation. In addition, some of the management staff are unprofessional and behave inappropriately. They talk a lot about values and culture, but that's where it ends. They do not trust employee knowledge and spend loads of money on vendor help that isn't needed.
