Pros

Hybrid work environment, great coworkers

Cons

Upper management is clueless on how to navigate through the workloads. Constantly changing strategies and pivoting to their flavor of the week ideas. Workload unrealistic. Constant promoting is Best Places to Work is a joke.

Pros

Depending on the position… Monday-Friday, partial remote work. Snacks in office in all break rooms. Some departments feel like a family and that they care about you which is nice. If you get into a good department, you feel like you’re heard and appreciated.

Cons

Management in some departments are absolutely terrible. They play favorites, and target those who they don’t like. You can go from being an exceptional employee to the dirt on their shoes real quick and you’ll know it. Upper management ask for anon feedback, but nothing changes. A lot of departments feel like a call center, and other departments expect you to do a ton of work while taking a ton of calls. If you don’t keep your numbers, which is hard to do, you’re in trouble
